Meet Rosa Holden and her team

About Rosa

Rosa's work is guided by my values; honesty, transparency and responsibility. 


Rosa has more than 10 years’ working experience in Australia, focused in the Mental Health, Disability and Out of Home Care space. 


She is passionate about understanding a person’s unique circumstances and supporting the person to understand their strengths, values and goals. 


She remains committed to working with the individual and their support system to find solutions and resources that will meet the needs of their current situation and build capacity for the future. 


Rosa's professional approach is Trauma Informed, Neurodivergent Affirming and Person Centred, whilst working from an attachment and systemic lens.

Bello M Mahmud

About Bello

  

Bello M. is a compassionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner and Social Worker with over 9 years’ experience across disability, child protection, and mental health sectors. He also lectures in community work, where he supports the next generation of practitioners in developing ethical, culturally responsive, and strengths-based practice.


Currently completing a PhD focused on inclusive and culturally safe practice, Bello M. brings a Trauma Informed, rights-based, and person-centred approach to all his work. He specialises in Functional Behaviour Assessments and the development of Positive Behaviour Support Plans that align with participants’ goals and identities.


With qualifications in social work, mental health, and business leadership, Bello M. also brings strong knowledge of NDIS quality and safeguarding frameworks, restrictive practices compliance, and clinical governance. His practice is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and a deep commitment to social justice.
